Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SINLESS. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them for you.

Purpose of SINLESS

SINLESS is a Christian spiritual-reflection and personal-growth tool. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis support, legal advice, or a replacement for qualified clergy or other professional care. If you are in danger or experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us at sinlesssupport@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your reflections

You retain ownership of the original journal and reflection content you submit. You grant SINLESS a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or private information about another person without authorization.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse SINLESS, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it where prohibited, introduce malicious code, use it to violate another person’s rights, or use automated methods to extract service data.

Free and Premium access

Home and account controls may be available without a subscription. Premium features may require an auto-renewing Monthly or Yearly subscription. Available features may evolve, but we will not intentionally remove paid access during an active subscription period without an appropriate remedy.

Seven-day introductory trial

Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial when shown at checkout. Eligibility is determined by the applicable app store. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription automatically converts to a paid, auto-renewing subscription at the price displayed in the purchase confirmation.

Billing and cancellation

Current United States launch pricing is planned at $2.99 monthly or $29.99 yearly. Your store displays the controlling price, currency, taxes, duration, and trial eligibility before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account before renewal. Deleting SINLESS does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store’s policies.

For iOS downloads, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with mandatory app-store terms, the mandatory terms control.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Because reflections may be deeply personal, protect your device and carefully choose what you record.

Account deletion and termination

You may permanently delete your account through Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address a material violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property

SINLESS, its visual identity, software, interface, original content, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of SINLESS materials.

Service availability

We work to provide a dependable service, but availability may be interrupted and features may change. To the extent permitted by law, SINLESS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SINLESS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
